心理指导结合日常生活护理对先兆流产患者的保胎效果、睡眠的影响评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Psychological Guidance combined with Daily Life Nursing on the Pregnancy Protection and Sleep of Patients with Threatened Abortion

目的 探究先兆流产患者群体中,心理指导与日常护理联合疗法对保胎效果、睡眠治疗的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年1月接诊的66例先兆流产患者,根据数字表法分成两组,每组33例。对照组实施日常生活护理,研究组在此基础上加入心理指导,对比两组的睡眠质量、心理状态和保胎效果。结果 在睡眠质量方面,研究组的入睡时间、睡眠时长、睡眠效率和睡眠障碍4项指标均优于对照组,差异显著,P <0.05;在心理状态方面,干预前两组焦虑、抑郁指标差异不明显,P> 0.05;经过护理干预后,与对照组相比,研究组的两项指标明显降低,差异显著,P <0.05;在保胎效果方面,研究组的保胎成功率达到96.97%,超过对照组的75.76%,差异显著,P <0.05。结论 对于先兆流产患者来说,通过心理干预和生活护理联合应用,可帮助其减轻精神压力,改善睡眠质量,提高保胎成功率。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological guidance and daily nursing combined therapy on fetal protection and sleep therapy among threatened abortion patients.Methods A total of 66 threatened abortion patients from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the number table,33 in each group.The control group carried out daily life nursing,and the study group added psychological guidance on this basis to compare the sleep quality,psychological state and fetal protection effect of the two groups.Results In terms of sleep quality,the four indexes of the study group such as falling asleep time,sleep duration,sleep efficiency and sleep disorder were better than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);In terms of psychological status,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression indicators between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);After nursing intervention,compared with the control group,the two indicators in the study group were significantly lower,with significant difference(P<0.05);In terms of the effect of fetal protection,the success rate of the study group reached 96.97%,which was higher than 75.76%of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with threatened abortion,the combination of psychological intervention and life care can help them reduce mental stress,improve sleep quality,and improve the success rate of pregnancy.
