护理术前访视及健康宣教对改善患者术前睡眠的效果观察

The Effect of Nursing Visit and Health Education on Improving Patients' Sleep before Operation was ved

目的 评价手术室护士术前阶段术前访视、健康宣教对患者睡眠质量以及情绪等方面的影响,以促进患者手术治疗与预后。方法 选择我院2019年8月至2020年2月期间收治手术治疗的患者(n=112),结合术前阶段护理方法进行随机分组(对照组与观察组各56例)。对照组手术患者术前行常规护理,观察组受试患者配合术前访视及健康宣教,比较两组手术患者的睡眠质量、负性情绪状况以及护理满意度。结果 组间护理前PSQI量表以及SAS、SDS量表评分比较,P> 0.05差异并无显著性。组间护理后比较护理前PSQI量表以及SAS、SDS量表评分改善且观察组指标改善更明显,P <0.05具有统计学意义。组间护理满意度问卷调查结果比较,观察组护理总满意度96.43%高于对照组的80.36%,P <0.05具有统计学意义。结论 术前阶段患者心理负担重、睡眠质量差,从而影响手术治疗效果、安全性、预后康复。予以患者术前访视及健康宣教在结合患者个体情况、护理需求的基础上进行干预,可以在稳定情绪的同时改善睡眠质量,从而确保患者手术预后,患者满意度高。

Objective To evaluate the effects of preoperative visits and health education on patients'sleep quality and mood in the preoperative stage of operating room nurses,so as to promote patients'surgical treatment and prognosis.Methods Patients(n=112)admitted to our hospital for surgical treatment between August 2019 and February 2020 were selected and randomly assigned(56 cases in each control group and observation group)in combination with preoperative nursing methods.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care before surgery,and patients in the observation group received preoperative visits and health education.The sleep quality,negative emotional state and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with PSQI scale,SAS scale and SDS scale in the two groups before nursing care,P>0.05 showed no significant difference.The scores of PSQI scale,SAS scale and SDS scale before nursing care were improved among the groups after nursing care,and the index scores of the observation group were improved more,and P<0.05 was statistically significant.The results of the nursing satisfaction questionnaire between the groups showed that the total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.43%higher than that in the control group(80.36%),and P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion Patients in the preoperative stage have heavy psychological burden and poor sleep quality,thus affecting the effect of surgical treatment,safety and prognosis.Preoperative visits and health education should be carried out on the basis of patients'individual conditions and nursing needs.Intervention can stabilize emotions and improve sleep quality at the same time,so as to ensure patients'surgical prognosis and high satisfaction.
