早期康复护理对急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Dysphagia after Acute Stroke

目的 分析急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者护理需求,评价早期康复护理干预对患者康复状况的影响。方法 选择我院2019年6月至2020年6月期间收治的急性脑卒中吞咽障碍并发症患者(n=94),按照入院先后顺序分组护理。对照组(采取常规护理)与观察组(采取早期康复护理)患者各47例。比较两组急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的整体护理效果。结果 观察组患者的护理效率(95.74%vs.78.72%)明显高于对照组,护理满意度(93.62%vs. 76.60%)明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,均P <0.05。护理后,观察组患者的SAS评分[(38.80±3.30)分vs.(46.50±4.50)分]明显低于对照组,SDS评分[(38.50±3.20)分vs.(44.50±4.20)分]明显低于对照组,躯体功能评分[(89.80±5.50)分vs.(68.80±5.05)分]明显高于对照组,角色功能评分[(89.70±5.30)分vs.(72.30±4.50)分]明显高于对照组,情绪功能评分[(90.50±6.60)分vs.(70.50±5.50)分]明显高于对照组,社会功能评分[(91.50±5.50)分vs.(73.30±4.50)分]明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,均P <0.05。结论 急性脑卒中患者吞咽障碍并发症情况较为明显,予以患者早期康复护理干预助于改善患者的并发症情况、稳定患者情绪、提高患者生活质量,患者满意度高。

Objective To analyze the nursing needs of patients with dysphagia after acute stroke,and to evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients.Methods Selected patients with acute stroke dysphagia complications(n=94)admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020,and grouped them for care in the order of admission.There were 47 patients in the control group(with usual nursing)and observation group(with early rehabilitation nursing).To compare the overall care effect of patients with acute stroke dysphagia between the two groups.Results The nursing efficiency(95.74%vs.78.72%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction(93.62%vs.76.60%)was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance,P<0.05.After nursing,the SAS score[(38.80±3.30)points vs.(46.50±4.50)points]of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the SDS score[(38.50±3.20)points vs.(44.50±4.20)points]was significantly lower than that of the control group.In the observation group,the physical function score[(89.80±5.50)points vs.(68.80±5.05)points]was significantly higher than the control group,and the role function score[(89.70±5.30)points vs.(72.30±4.50)points]was significantly higher than the control group,emotional function score[(90.50±6.60)points vs.(70.50±5.50)points]was significantly higher than the control group,social function score[(91.50±5.50)points vs.(73.30±4.50)points]was significantly higher than the control group,the difference all were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The complication of dysphagia in patients with acute stroke is more obvious.Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can help improve the complication of the patient,stabilize the patient's mood,improve the quality of life of the patient,and the patient's satisfaction is high.
