摘要
本文报道了以亚磷酸二乙酯为原料,分别和6种芳香醛在三乙烯二胺(DABCO)的作用下发生Pudovik反应,合成6种芳基取代的α-羟基膦酸二乙酯的工艺。产物结构经~1H NMR和MS表征。并以2-溴-5-氟苯甲醛(2a)与亚磷酸二乙酯合成(2-溴-5-氟苯基)(羟甲基)膦酸二乙酯(1a)的反应为模型,考察影响产物收率的主要因素,确定最佳反应条件为:物料比为n(亚磷酸二乙酯))∶n(2-溴-5-氟苯甲醛))=1.2∶1;反应溶剂为四氢呋喃;室温反应2h。
Six kinds of aryl substituted diethylα-hydroxyphosphonate were synthesized by the Pudovik reaction of diethyl phosphite with six aromatic aldehydes respectively.The target compounds were obtained in the presence of triethylenediamine(DABCO)as catalyst.The structure of products were characterized by~1H NMR and MS Then,taking the reaction of 2-bromo-5-fluorobenzaldehyde(2a)and diethyl phosphite for the synthesis of diethyl((2-bromo-5-fluorophenyl)(hydroxy)methyl)phosphonate(1a)as the model,the main factors affecting the yield of the product were investigated,and the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:material ration∶n=1.2∶1;The solvent is THF;Reaction at room temperature for 2h.
