摘要
烟酰胺衍生物是一类具有良好的生物活性的杂环化合物,同时也是一类重要的化工原料和医药中间体。近年来,烟酰胺衍生物的合成研究得到了快速发展,各种结构新颖的烟酰胺衍生物被合成出来并被应用于药物研究中。本文综述了烟酰胺衍生物的主要合成方法及其在药物研究中的应用,希望对烟酰胺类药物分子的设计与合成工作提供一定的参考与借鉴作用。
Nicotinamide derivatives is a kind of heterocyclic compounds with good biological activity.Also,it’s also a kind of important chemical raw materials and pharmaceutical intermediates.In recent years,the synthesis of nicotinamide derivatives has been developed rapidly,and various nicotinamide derivatives with novel structures have been synthesized and applied in drug research.This paper reviews the main synthesis methods of nicotinamide derivatives and their applications in drug research,hoping to provide some reference for the design and synthesis of nicotinamide drug molecules.
