摘要
在煤制合成氨装置中,低温甲醇洗工艺是脱除变换气中硫和CO_(2)后分离出富氢气的有效方法。本文重点阐述了低温甲醇洗工艺在工程设计中可以优化的措施和需要注意的事项,同时提出低温甲醇洗工艺的节能措施,并对低温甲醇洗的发展方向进行了展望。
Rectisol process was an effective method to separate rich hydrogen from shifted gas after removing sulfur and carbon dioxide in coal to ammonia plant.This paper focused on the measures that could be optimized in the engineering design of rectisol process and the contents that need attention,at the same time,the energy-saving part of the rectisol process was put forward.Finally,the development direction of rectisol process was prospected.
