慢性咳嗽五脏论治浅析

Analysis of treatment of chronic cough based on zangfu

以古代文献及现代临床研究为理论基础,从肺、肝、脾、心、肾五脏分析慢性咳嗽的病机与治法方药,探讨慢性咳嗽与五脏的关系。认为慢性咳嗽的发病以五脏功能失调为本,风、痰、火、瘀为标,故治疗当谨守病机,不单着眼于病变脏腑,还应从与疾病不同阶段相关联的脏腑入手,拓宽诊疗思路,发展并创新脏腑辨证在慢性咳嗽治疗中的应用。

Taking ancient medical literatures and modern clinical research as theoretical basis,the pathogenesis,treatment methods and formula of chronic cough are analyzed based on zangfu i.e.lung,liver,spleen,heart and kidney,and the relationship between chronic cough and zangfu is approached.It is believed that for the pathogenesis of chronic cough,the dysfunction of zangfu is origin,while wind,phlegm,fire and blood stasis are superficialities.Therefore,the treatment should be grasping the pathogenesis cautiously,not only focus on the pathological zangfu,and also start with zangfu associated with different stages of the disease,broaden the ideas of diagnosis and treatment,develop and innovate the application of syndrome differentiation of zangfu in the treatment of chronic cough.
