摘要
针对含有碰摩故障的工业用离心压缩机齿轮耦合转子系统,利用有限元法建立了含碰摩故障的单转子及齿轮耦合转子系统的动力学模型,基于转子动力学理论和现代非线性动力学求解理论,进行了含齿轮耦合系统和不含齿轮耦合系统的碰摩故障响应的对比研究,得到了齿轮耦合对于该类系统碰摩故障的响应规律,为齿轮耦合转子系统故障诊断及动态优化设计提供了理论参考。
The gear coupling rotor system of industrial centrifugal compressor with rubbing fault is studied in the article.The dynamic models of single rotor and gear coupled rotor system with rub-impact faults are established by finite element method.Based on rotor dynamics theory and modern nonlinear dynamics solution theory,a comparative study of the rub impact fault responses between systems with and without gear coupling is carried out,then the response law of gear coupling to rub-impact fault is obtained.The results of the analysis above provide theoretical reference for fault diagnosis and dynamic optimization design of gear coupled rotor system.
