摘要
针对某电厂的1000MW燃煤机组的低温省煤器的优化设计进行探讨,从现存在的问题,出现问题的原因,优化改造原理,优化步骤,等方面进行探讨,并将优化的具体结构及参数根据实际情况进行试验,对于不同原因引起的低温省煤器出现的问题,进行解决;起到了节能降耗,保持长周期安全运行,能源利用率高的效果。
The optimization design of low temperature economizer of 1000 MW coal-fired unit of a power plant is discussed,from the existing problems,the causes of the problems,the principle of optimization,optimization steps,and other aspects are discussed,and the specific structure and parameters of optimization are tested according to the actual situation,to solve the problems caused by different reasons of low temperature economizer.It has the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption,maintaining long cycle safe operation and high energy utilization rate.
