摘要
为了提高热风炉控制系统的稳定性,提出一种基于PLC的小型高炉热风炉控制系统设计方案,该方案可降低工人的劳动强度。采用可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable logic controller, PLC)作为该系统的核心设备,该控制器具有较高的运行速度、通讯性能以及兼容性等特征,有利于提高系统的运行效率。在S7-400型PLC的基础上结合ET200M型PLC,可降低热风炉控制系统的开发成本。
In order to improve the stability of the hot blast stove control system,a PLC based control system design scheme for small blast furnace hot blast stove is proprosed,which can reduce the labor intensity of workers.Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is used as the core device of the system.The controller has high running speed,communication performance and compatibility,which is conducive to improving the operating efficiency of the system.Based on S7-400 PLC and ET200 M PLC,the development cost of hot blast stove control system can be reduced.
