团体箱庭提升高校学生干部领导力的效果分析

摘要 为考察团体箱庭提升高校学生干部领导力的效果,对440名高校学生干部施测《学生领导力实践行为量表》,从中抽取32名得分较低的学生干部,随机分组分别参加8次团体箱庭或团体心理辅导活动,结果发现,经过团体箱庭、团体心理辅导,学生干部的领导力得到显著提升,都可有效提升高校学生干部领导力.总之,团体箱庭因其团体的价值及箱庭对成员“自性”力量的激活,可有效提升高校学生干部领导力. To explore the effect of improving the leadership of university student cadres through group sandplay therapy and group psychological counseling,440 student cadres in universities were measured by The Student Leadership Practice Behavior Inventory-Self Instrument(SLPI-Self).32 students with lower scores of SLPI-Self were selected and randomly divided into groups to participate in the group sandplay therapy or group psychological counseling activities 8 times.The results show that group sandplay therapy and group psychological counseling can effectively enhance the leadership of student cadres.In conclusion,group sandplay therapy can effectively enhance the leadership of university student leaders,because of its group value and the activation of'the Self'power to the group members.
