感恩是每个社会个体都应该具备的基本道德素质和道德情感,也是社会公序良俗的重要基础,其伦理基础植根于自我与他者的关系,人与人之间普遍的责任关联构成了感恩的伦理基础。从普遍的责任关联出发,感恩具有普遍性、平等性、个体性、公益性四个基本特性:普遍性决定了它的日常化和生活化,平等性决定了它是一种不带人格或身份歧视的美好道德体验,个体性决定了它的内向性、非强制性和有限的可教育性,公益性则将感恩扩展到对社会公共利益的关切与支持。

Gratitude is a basic moral quality and emotion that every individual of any society should possess,and also an important basis for social public order and good customs.The ethical foundation of gratitude is rooted in the relationship between oneself and others,and universal responsibility association constitutes the ethical foundation of gratitude.From the universal association of responsibility,gratitude has four basic characteristics:universality,equality,individuality and nonprofit.The universality of gratitude determines the routinization of gratitude.The equality of gratitude determines that gratitude is a beautiful moral experience without personality or identity discrimination.The individuality of gratitude determines that gratitude is an introverted,non-mandatory,and limited educable moral emotion.The nonprofit of gratitude extends gratitude to concern and support for the public interest of society.
