The Optimization Path of Smart Home-Based Elderly Care Service from the Perspective of Empowerment Theory

智慧居家养老是养老服务体系现代化的首要组成部分,也是缓解我国养老服务供需矛盾的新兴模式。尽管我国政府为推动智慧居家养老服务建设提供了政策引导与财政支持,但现阶段其发展仍存在“形象工程”等问题。步入全域智能化时代,智慧居家养老服务的构建需要从个人、社会交往以及社会环境三个方面出发,通过构建沟通渠道、建立实用数字技术课堂、大数据分级处理、智慧平台终端助推模式以及简化智能设备等方式削减银发数字鸿沟,提高老年人社群的自主能力以及高质量生活的内生动力。

Smart home-based elderly care is the primary component of the modern elderly care system,and it is also a new model to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of the elderly care service in China.Although the Chinese government has provided policy and financial guidance and support to promote the construction of smart home care services,there are still problems in its development at the present stage,such as white elephant projects.In the global intelligence era,the construction of smart home care services needs to start from three aspects:individuals,social interaction and social environment.Through the establishment of communication channels,practical digital technology classes,big data hierarchical processing,intelligent platform terminal boost mode and simplified intelligent devices,the silver digital divide can be reduced,so as to improve the autonomous ability and the endogenous power of high-quality life of the elderly community.
