基于ArcGIS分析的青岛市酒店空间布局研究

Research on the Spatial Layout Characteristics of Hotels in Qingdao Based on ArcGIS Analysis

酒店业是衡量旅游业发展水平的重要指标,其空间布局直接影响全域旅游的健康协调发展。根据平均最近邻指数与核密度指数计算结果,青岛市酒店布局呈高度集聚状态,与风景名胜布局的区位配比、与旅游吸引物空间布局的相关性以及与环胶州湾发展规划的整体协调性有待加强。总体优化策略设计需重点关注酒店布局政策和酒店存量类型调整。

The development of the hotel industry is an important indicator to measure the development level of Qingdao′s tourism industry and ensure the overall tourism pattern.Its spatial layout also directly affects the healthy and coordinated development of the overall tourism.The calculation results of the average nearest neighbor index and nuclear density index of hotels in seven districts and three cities in Qingdao show that the overall hotel layout in Qingdao is highly concentrated.The location ratio of hotel layout and scenic spot layout,the correlation with the spatial layout of tourist attractions and the overall coordination with the development planning around Jiaozhou Bay are poor.The overall optimization strategy of the spatial layout of Qingdao′s hotel industry needs to focus on the hotel layout policy and the hotel stock type.
