摘要
为了了解粤港澳大湾区远程教育服务于新生代农民工培训的现状。采用取样调查和回归分析的方式,探析了影响粤港澳大湾区远程教育服务于新生代农民工培训的具体因素包括学习资源的有效性、现代远程培训的师资水平、参与培训的时间是否有保障、远程培训的互动性以及远程培训的可操作性等几个方面。针对这些问题,提出了当地政府、企业和网络平台,要一起联手,做好现代远程教育中新生代农民工培训资源的建设,保障培训的师资和培训的时间,真正提升现代远程教育在粤港澳新生代农民工培训中的实际作用等改进措施。
To understand the current situation of distance education serving the training of the new generation of migrant workers in Guangdong⁃Hong Kong⁃Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),this paper analyzes some related specific factors including the effectiveness of learning resources,the quality of teaching staff in distance training,training time,the interactivity and the operability of distance training.To solve these problems,this paper proposes that local governments,enterprises and network platforms should work together to improve the construction of training resources,guarantee the quality of teaching staff and sufficient training time,and truly improve the practical role of modern distance education in the training of the new generation of migrant workers in GBA.
