礼仪课程“礼步五修”教学模式探索——以“服务礼仪”课程为例

Exploration on the Five⁃Step Teaching Mode of Etiquette Course--Take the Course of Service Etiquette as an Example

以“服务礼仪”课程为例,通过对“礼步五修”礼仪课程教学模式的设计研究,重在职业情境模拟演练教学,将培养学生的礼仪思维、服务意识、职业素养和知行合一的养成教育有机地融入“服务礼仪”课程的情境项目教学中,以期达到新时代的人才培养目标,并为职业教育课堂改革提供新路径。

With the course of Service Etiquette as an example and through the design and research of the five⁃step teaching,this paper focuses on professional situation simulation drill teaching,and integrates the cultivation education of students′etiquette thinking,service awareness,professional quality and the combination of knowledge and deeds into the situational project teaching of the course of Service Etiquette,thus achieving the goal of talent training in the new era and providing a new path for classroom teaching reform of vocational education.
