新型国际贸易背景下高职院校参与中非跨境电商人才培养思考

Thoughts on the Participation of Higher Vocational Colleges In China⁃Africa Cross⁃Border E⁃Commerce Talents Training Under the Background of New International Trade

随着经济全球化的不断推进,传统中非贸易正往跨境电商转型。中非跨境电商发展潜力巨大,但是专业跨境电商人才匮乏,现从业人员也缺乏跨境电商业务培训,不能满足新型贸易的发展需求。目前,绝大多数与中国建交的非洲国家已签署“一带一路”合作文件,高职院校也积累了一定的跨境电商人才培养经验。高职院校应抓住中非跨境电商蓬勃兴起的机遇,优化整合自己的资源,通过联合开展跨境电商人才培养、产教融合、推进双方师生交流、建立海外培训平台等路径参与中非跨境电商人才培养。

With the continuous development of economic globalization,the traditional China⁃Africa trade is transforming into cross⁃border e⁃commerce.China⁃Africa cross⁃border e⁃commerce has great development potential,but there is a lack of professional talents,and business training for current employees,failing to meet the development needs of new trade.At present,the majority of African countries that have established diplomatic relations with China have signed the"the Belt and Road"cooperation documents,and higher vocational colleges have also accumulated some experience in cross⁃border e⁃commerce talent training.Higher vocational colleges should seize the opportunity,optimize and integrate their own resources,and participate in the training of China⁃Africa cross⁃border e⁃commerce talents by jointly developing cross⁃border e⁃commerce talent training programs,integrating industry with education,promoting teacher⁃student exchanges,and establishing overseas training platforms.
