工艺参数对液体表面调整剂性能的影响分析

摘要 针对液体表面调整剂与传统固体表面调整剂开展性能对比试验,并研究分析前处理主要工艺参数对不同板材磷化成膜状态的影响。磷化膜重和扫描电子显微镜(Scanning Electron Microscope,SEM)测试结果表明,液体表面调整剂适宜40℃以下使用,可降低磷化温度和氟添加剂用量,可在一定范围内促使形成薄而致密的磷化膜;但前处理不同工艺参数变化,对不同板材的磷化成膜状态会产生不同程度的影响,因此,参数标准范围验证是液体表面调整剂批量切换的必要前提,而工艺参数的日常监控,是维持磷化质量稳定的重要保障。 A comparison test was carried out for liquid container and traditional solid surface container,and the influence of main pretreatment parameters on the phosphating film state on different panels was studied.The results of phosphating film weight and Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)show that the liquid surface container is suitable for use below 40℃,and can promote the formation of thin and dense phosphating film within a certain range,as well as reducing the phosphating temperature and the amount of fluoride additive.However,the change of different process parameters will have different effects on the phosphating film state of different panels.Therefore,the verification of the parameter reference range is a necessary prerequisite for the batch switchover of liquid surface container,and parameters’daily monitoring is also an important guarantee for the phosphating quality.
