摘要
对180 MPa级超低碳烘烤硬化钢自然时效后的力学性能和时效性进行了对比试验,并对影响烘烤硬化性能和时效性的因素进行了分析。试验分析结果表明,采用Ti-Nb微合金设计的180 MPa级超低碳烘烤硬化钢,在产品制造后的6个月内,烘烤硬化值可保持在30~50 MPa的有效范围内。该设计解决了目前低强度级别超低碳烘烤硬化钢板烘烤硬化性能不稳定,以及由此造成的性能波动,从而有效改善冲压性能和材料的抗凹性能。
The mechanical properties and aging properties of 180 MPa ultra-low carbon bake hardening steel after natural aging were compared,and the factors affecting the bake hardening properties and aging properties were analyzed.The results show that the investigated steel designed with Ti-Nb microalloy can maintain the bake hardening value within the effective range of 30 to 50 MPa within 6 months after the product is manufactured.The design solves the current low-strength ultra-low carbon bake-hardening steel sheet with unstable bake hardening performance and resulting performance fluctuations,thereby effectively improving stamping performance and dent resistance of material.
