阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的探究阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月本院收治的88例老年冠心病患者为研究对象,遵循数字随机法将其分为参照组和研究组,每组44例。参照组给予曲美他嗪治疗,研究组给予阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果及治疗前、后的心功能指标、炎性因子水平、血流动力学指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于参照组的81.82%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)小于参照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)大于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白水平低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病患者的效果显著,可改善心功能、炎性反应、血流动力学情况,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into reference group and study group by numerical random method,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with trimetazidine,and the study group was treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine.The clinical therapeutic effects,cardiac function indexes,inflammatory factors levels and hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.45%,which was higher than 81.82%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-18(IL-18)and monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematology and fibrin level of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,it can improve the cardiac function,inflammatory response and hemodynamics,which is worthy of promotion.
