通窍鼻炎片+布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Tongqiao Biyan tablets+budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的分析通窍鼻炎片+布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月至2020年7月在本院就诊的100例AR患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(45例,布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗)和研究组(55例,通窍鼻炎片+布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、清涕评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、清涕评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的IgE、IL-4、IL-6水平低于对照组,IL-12、IL-10、IFN-γ水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的鼻腔阻力、鼻炎相关生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的鼻腔阻力、RQLQ评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通窍鼻炎片+布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗AR的临床效果显著,可改善临床症状,缓解鼻腔阻力,提高生活质量,且安全性高,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Tongqiao Biyan tablets+budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 100 patients with AR treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(45 cases,treated with budesonide nasal spray)and study group(55 cases,treated with Tongqiao Biyan tablets+budesonide nasal spray).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing and thin nasal discharge between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing and thin nasal discharge in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-12(IL-12),interleukin-10(IL-10)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IgE,IL-4 and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of IL-12,IL-10 and IFN-γwere higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in nasal resistance and Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the nasal resistance and RQLQ score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongqiao Biyan tablets+budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of AR has a significant clinical effect,it can ameliorate clinical symptoms,relieve nasal resistance and improve quality of life,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
