达标理论结合“317护”健康教育对首发缺血性脑卒中患者出院准备度的影响

Effect of goal attainment theory combined with"317 nursing"health education on discharge readiness of patients with first ischemic stroke

目的探讨达标理论结合“317护”健康教育对首发缺血性脑卒中患者出院准备度的影响。方法采用便利取样法选取2021年2月至5月在海口市某三级甲等医院神经内科住院治疗的86例首发缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按入院时间将其分为对照组(43例,2021年2月至3月)和观察组(43例,2021年4月至5月)。观察组1例患者中途因病情恶化转入神经内科重症监护室而退出,最终纳入42例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组实施达标理论结合“317护”健康教育。比较两组的出院准备度、疾病不确定感及自我护理能力评分。结果观察组的出院准备度各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时及出院后1、3个月,观察组的疾病不确定感评分均低于对照组,自我护理能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论达标理论结合“317护”健康教育可有效提高首发缺血性脑卒中患者出院准备度及自我护理能力,降低患者的疾病不确定感。

Objective To explore the effect of goal attainment theory combined with"317 nursing"health education on discharge readiness of patients with first ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 86 patients with first ischemic stroke hospitalized in the neurology department of a tertiary hospital in Haikou from February to May 2021 were selected as the study objects by convenience sampling method.The patients were divided into control group(43 cases,from February to March 2021)and observation group(43 cases,from April to May 2021)according to the admission time.In the observation group,one patient was transferred to the intensive care unit of neurology department due to the deterioration of the disease,and 42 patients were finally included.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given goal attainment theory combined with"317 nursing"health education.The scores of discharge readiness,disease uncertainty and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of each dimension of discharge readiness and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At discharge and 1 and 3 months after discharge,the disease uncertainty score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the self-care ability score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Goal attainment theory combined with"317 nursing"health education can effectively improve the discharge readiness and self-care ability of patients with first ischemic stroke,and reduce the disease uncertainty of patients.
