互联网平台管理对维持性血液透析患者自我管理能力的影响

Influence of internet platform management on self-management ability of maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的探讨互联网平台管理对维持性血液透析患者自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2021年12月我院收治的178例维持性血液透析患者为研究对象,按照入院时间随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组89例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用互联网平台管理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理12个月后,研究组的透析相关知识评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理12个月后,研究组的自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互联网平台管理在维持性透析患者中的应用效果显著,可显著提高患者的自我管理能力,同时降低透析过程中相关并发症的发生率。

Objective To explore the influence of internet platform management on self-management ability of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 178 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and study group according to the admission time,with 89 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received internet platform management on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 12 months of nursing,the score of dialysis-related knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of nursing,the self-management skills score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The internet platform management applied in maintenance hemodialysis patients has a significant effect,and it can significantly improve self-management ability of patients,and reduce the incidence of related complications during dialysis.
