罗伊适应模式结合下肢可调负重支具辅助功能锻炼对下肢骨折术后患者心理弹性、康复锻炼积极性及功能恢复情况的影响

Effects of Roy's adaptation model combined with lower limb adjustable weight-bearing brace auxiliary function exercise on psychological resilience,rehabilitation exercise enthusiasm and functional recovery in patients after lower limb fracture surgery

目的探讨罗伊适应模式结合下肢可调负重支具辅助功能锻炼在下肢骨折术后康复中的应用价值。方法选取2018年2月至2021年1月我院收治的80例下肢骨折术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规术后护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予罗伊适应模式结合下肢可调负重支具辅助功能锻炼。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理6个月后,观察组的坚韧、乐观、自强评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理6个月后,观察组的积极举动、康复护理配合度评分高于对照组,放弃举动评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分、屈曲度、肌力高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论罗伊适应模式结合下肢可调负重支具辅助功能锻炼可提高下肢骨折术后患者心理弹性及康复锻炼积极性,促进功能恢复。

Objective To explore the application value of Roy's adaptation model combined with lower limb adjustable weight-bearing brace auxiliary function exercise in the rehabilitation of lower limb fracture surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients after lower limb fracture surgery admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postoperative nursing,and the observation group was given Roy's adaptation model combined with lower limb adjustable weight-bearing brace auxiliary function exercise.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of nursing,the scores of perseverance,optimism and self-improvement in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing,the scores of positive actions and cooperation degree of rehabilitation nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the score of abandonment actions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score,flexion and muscle strength in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Roy's adaptation model combined with lower limb adjustable weight-bearing brace auxiliary function exercise can improve the psychological resilience and rehabilitation exercise enthusiasm of patients after lower limb fracture surgery,and promote functional recovery.
