以新时代高职岗位实习考核体系反馈提升岗位实习质量

Improving the Quality of Post Practice by Feedback of the Post Practice Assessment System in Higher Vocational Education in the New Era

本文在初期调研、企业访谈、调研问卷的基础上,研究分析天津市各高职院校岗位实习组织及考核的现状,梳理出制约发展的问题症结主要有岗位实习实训管理的责任主体不明确,分工不清晰;实习岗位与专业契合度尚需提高;岗位实习实训考核标准有待进一步完善;对岗位实习实训的过程考核需进一步强化;对实习实训岗位的覆盖面亟待扩大;对岗位实习指导教师缺乏必要的激励机制等。针对以上问题,提出新时代背景下应通过完善顶层设计、创建校企双元制岗位实习与毕业设计相结合的岗位实习考核体系,考核评价标准适度超前等措施,从而真正达到高职院校岗位实习实训要求和目标,保障高职教育人才培养目标的实现。

On the basis of initial research,enterprise interviews and questionnaires,this paper studies and analyzes the status quo of post practice organization and assessment in various vocational colleges in Tianjin,and combs out the problems that restrict development.The main obstacles are the uncertainty of liability subjects and the vagueness of labor division of post practice management,a poor fit between internship posts and majors,the imperfect assessment standard,the unsatisfactory process assessment,the small coverage of post practice training and the lack of necessary incentive mechanism for instructors.In view of the above problems,it is proposed in the background of the new era to take measures such as refining the top-level design,creating a post practice assessment system that combines school-enterprise dual system post practice with graduation design,and appropriately advancing the assessment and evaluation standards,so as to truly achieve the requirements and objectives of post practice training in vocational colleges and ensure the achievement of talent training goal in higher vocational education.
