New technology of in-situ mineralization dyeing of ultrafine polyester

摘要 试验采用原位矿化染色技术对超细涤纶仿麂皮绒织物进行染色,分析了预矿化和矿化工艺参数对染色效果的影响。优化的工艺为:预矿化助剂XPN 2%(omf),80℃预矿化处理20 min;矿化助剂XBD 1%(omf)、XYS 5%(omf),90℃矿化染色加工30 min。染色织物能获得与传统工艺一致的色泽,且色牢度更优。 In-situ mineralization dyeing technology is used to dye superfine polyester suede-like fabric,and the influence of pre-mineralization and mineralization process on dyeing effect is analyzed.The results show that with 2%(omf)of the pre-mineralizing agent XPN,pre-mineralization temperature 80℃and pre-mineralization time 20 min,1%(omf)of mineralization auxiliary XBD,5%(omf)of XYS,mineralization temperature 90℃and mineralization time 30 min,the dyed fabrics can obtain the same color as those dyed by traditional technology,and the color fastness is better than those dyed by traditional technology.
