摘要
分别以氧化法和还原法溶解废弃羊毛制备角蛋白溶液,并对棉织物进行阻燃整理。结果表明:由硫化钠还原法制备的角蛋白溶液浓度较高,有良好的阻燃效果,LOI值为26.5%,续燃时间2.00 s,而且有助于提升织物的力学性能;过氧乙酸氧化法因其作用剧烈,所得角蛋白溶液浓度较低,阻燃效果差,且损伤织物的力学性能;亚硫酸氢纳还原法制得的角蛋白溶液浓度和阻燃效果介于二者之间。
Keratin solution is prepared by dissolving waste wool with oxidation method and reduction method,respectively,and is used to flame retardant finishing of cotton fabric.The results show that the keratin solution prepared by sodium sulfide reduction method has high concentration,excellent flame retardancy,LOI value of 26.5%,afterglow time of 2.00 s,and is helpful to improve the mechanical properties of the fabric.The oxidation of peracetic acid has a strong effect,resulting in lower concentration of keratin solution,poor flame retardancy and poor mechanical properties of the fabric.The concentration and flame retardancy of keratin solution pre⁃pared by sodium bisulfite reduction method is between the above two methods.
