摘要
建立了一种有效测定聚丙烯酸酯类(PA)胶黏剂中两种典型水性残留单体丙烯酰胺与衣康酸的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用无水甲醇(磷酸调节pH=2.45)为溶剂对PA样品于室温超声提取15 min,以甲醇/0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相,经过反向色谱柱分离和二极管阵列检测器检测。两种物质在0.05~200 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,丙烯酰胺的检出限与定量限分别为0.02 mg/L和0.05 mg/L,加标回收率在97.7%~103.5%;衣康酸的检出限与定量限分别为0.03 mg/L和0.1 mg/L,加标回收率在98.2%~102.1%。该方法高效快速、定量准确、灵敏度高,能够满足企业对产品的质量控制要求。
HPLC analysis method is established for rapid determination of two typical water-based residual monomers acrylamide and itaconic acid in polyacrylate adhesives(PA).PA samples are ultrasonically extracted by anhydrous methanol(regulated to pH 2.45 with phosphate)at room temperature for 15 min.Using methanol/0.05%aqueous phosphate solution as the mobile phase,PA sample is separated by a reversed-phase column chromatography and detected by a diode array detector.The two monomers are linearly related between 0.05 and 200 mg/L.For acrylamide,the detection limit and the quantitative limit are 0.02 mg/L and 0.05 mg/L respectively,and the standard recovery rate is between 97.7%and 103.5%.For itaconic acid,the detection limit and the quantitative limit are 0.03 mg/L and 0.1 mg/L respectively,and the standard recovery rate is between 98.2%and 102.1%.The method is high efficient and fast,accurate and high sensitivity,which can meet the qual⁃ity control requirements of enterprises.
