传统街区肌理的有机整合设计——以上海市长宁区武夷路街区为例

A Study into the Organic Integration and Design of Traditional Precinct Texture——Taking Wuyi Road Subdistrict,Changning District,Shanghai as an Example

传统街区更新始终面临如何平衡保存地方特质与适应新时代社会文化生活的难题。文章基于微观领域的城市有机更新相关理论,以城市肌理为主要研究对象,以微观领域为重要操作部位,提出从连通空间到关联路径,从节点空间到节点网络,从异形空间到发展团块的空间整合策略,搭建传统街区肌理有机整合的更新方法框架,并以上海市长宁区武夷路东段街区为例,阐释梳理多层级的连通路径、塑造街区的特质节点、引导功能联动的发展团块的更新工作路径,期望构建健康、有机、可持续的街区运作机制,为传统街区肌理有机整合的更新方法提供案例参照。

The renewal of traditional subdistrict is always facing the challenge of both reserving the local features and adapting to the social and cultural life of a new era.This paper is based on the theory relating to the organic renewal of cities in a microscopic aspect,uses urban texture as the study subjece and the microscopic fields the important operating units,provides a strategy of spatial integration from connected space to associated path,from node space to node network,and from special-shaped space to development agglomeration.A framework of updating methodology for the organic integration of traditional precinct texture is established,and the east part of Wuyi Road Subdistrict,Changning District,Shanghai is taken as an example,to demonstrate in a sorted way the working approach for the update of multi-layer connecting paths,building of special precinct nodes,and development agglomeration to conducting functional interaction,with a hope to construct the precinct running mechanism of healthy,organic and sustainable style,and thus to provide a case reference for the updating methodology of traditional subdistrict texture organic integration.
