摘要
该研究主要关注高校组织公平与教师薪酬满意度之间的关系。基于组织公平的现有研究,该研究认为,高校组织公平会正向影响教师薪酬满意度,并且组织信任会正向中介组织公平与薪酬满意度之间的关系。实证检验结果支持了该研究提出的研究假设,研究发现:高校组织公平对教师薪酬满意度产生正向影响;组织信任对教师薪酬满意度产生正向影响。此外,研究发现,组织信任正向中介高校组织公平与教师薪酬满意度之间的关系。研究结果有助于增加组织公平是如何对薪酬满意度产生正向影响的新知识。
This study focuses on the mediating effect of organizational trust on the rela tionship between university organiza tional justice and pay satisfaction of teachers.Based on the prior studies regarding the organizational justice,this st udy augurs that university organiza tional justice is positively related to pay satisfaction of teachers,and that organizational trust positively mediates the relationship between university organizational justice and pay satisfaction of teachers.Results provide support for these arguments.This study finds that university organizational justice is positively related to pay satisfaction of teachers,and organizational trust is positively related to pay satisfaction of teachers.In addition,this study finds that the relationship between university organizational trust and pay satisfaction of teachers is positively mediated by organizational trust.These findings contribute to the knowledge of how organizational justice can make positive effect on pay satisfaction of uni versity teachers.
