数智时代财经类院校商务分析人才培养模式改革研究 被引量:5

摘要 各大企业对于商务分析人才的需求十分强烈,商务数据分析能力对于商科学生的职场发展和经济社会转型发展极其关键。论文以上海财经大学商学院多年的商学人才培养实践为基础,研究数智时代财经类院校商务分析人才培养模式改革方案。分析财经类商务分析学科的人才定位与学科建设内容;探索和总结数智时代财经类院校培养商务分析人才应注重的关键问题,提出以“科技财经、数智商学”为核心,在坚持财经特色的基础上,重构培养量化分析能力体系,全面渗入数智化课程和数智化教学方式,将产教研融合深度推进协调发展;提供一条从人才培养目标出发,以课程设计、教学方案和产教融合为抓手的数智时代商学人才培养改革的实施路径;总结数智时代商学人才培养改革的创新路向。 Most enterprises have a strong demand for business analysis talents, and business data analysis capabilities are extremely critical to business students’ career development and the transformation and development of the economy and society. According to the “Opinions on Accelerating the Reform and Development of Postgraduate Education in the New Era” issued by the Ministry of Education, universities should focus on meeting needs of high-level talents and optimize the scale and structure when carrying out student training work;They should be demand-oriented to expand the scale of talent training, maintaining compatibility with economic and social development and training capabilities;They should optimize the structure of training types and add specialized disciplines on the basis of national strategies and social needs;They should speed up the adjustment of the structure of disciplines to meet the changes of social needs;They should also deepen the integration of science and education and the integration of industry and academia and to independently set up first-and second-level disciplines, interdisciplinary disciplines, and professional degrees. It is of great significance for the universities to do all of the changes mentioned above.
