补肾育子汤联合黄体酮治疗排卵障碍不孕症的临床研究

摘要 目的研究排卵障碍不孕症患者经过补肾育子汤联合黄体酮治疗后的实际效果。方法选取86例排卵障碍不孕症患者,以随机数字表法分组,每组43例。对照组予以黄体酮单药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合补肾育子汤治疗。比较两组各项观察指标。结果与对照组比较,治疗后研究组治疗总有效率升高,随访6个月研究组排卵率、妊娠率升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组子宫内膜厚度、最大卵泡直径均增加,且研究组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾育子汤联合黄体酮治疗排卵障碍不孕症可改善患者子宫、卵巢条件,提高排卵率、妊娠率,疗效显著。 Objective To study the effect of Bushen Yuzi decoction combined with progesterone in the treatment of infertility patients with ovulation disorder.Methods 86 cases of infertility patients with ovulation disorder were selected as research objects,and random number table method was used as the grouping principle,each group with 43 cases.The control group was treated with progesterone monotherapy,and the study group was treated with Bushen Yuzi decoction on the basis of the control group.The observation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group increased after treatment,and the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the study group increased after 6 months of follow-up,and the differences were statistically significant(PV0.05).Compared with before treatment,the endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter of the two groups increased after treatment,and the study group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yuzi decoction combined with progesterone in the treatment of infertility with ovulation disorder can improve the condition of uterus and ovary,increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
