Objective To investigate the efficacy of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation on pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods A total of 58 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction who were treated in our hospital were divided into the control group(29 cases, using conventional pelvic floor muscle function exercise)and the study group(29 cases, using electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy),all of which continued to train for 28 days. The pelvic floor class I fibromuscular voltage, pelvic floor class II fibrous muscle voltage, pelvic floor muscle dysfunction score, sexual quality of life, and pelvic organ prolapse degree(POP-Q)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Compared with before treatment, the PFDI scores of patients in both groups reduced after treatment, and the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the proportion of patients with pelvic floor class I fibromuscular voltage, pelvic floor class U fibrous muscle voltage, sexual quality of life score, and 0 degree cases increased, and the study group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy for patients with pelvic floor muscle dysfunction can improve pelvic floor muscle strength, reduce pelvic floor dysfunction, avoid pelvic prolapse and improve the quality of sexual life, and then improve the efficiency of treatment.
