Objective To analyze the value of low molecular weight heparin in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section. Methods 62 parturients with cesarean section were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,31 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received routine treatment after operation, and patients in experimental group were increased with low molecular weight heparin. The length of hospital sta%incidence of DVT,satisfaction, and coagulation function before and 4 days after operation were compared between the two groups. Results The hospital stay of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the incidence of deep vein thrombosis was lower than that of the control group, and the total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Compared with preoperative, prothrombin time and activated partial thrombin time shortened and fibrinogen decreased in the two groups 4 days after operation, and fibrinogen in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low molecular weight heparin in cesarean section is beneficial to prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section, the improvement of coagulation function is more obvious, and then promote the recovery of parturient women, with high satisfaction.
