中医针刺联合康复治疗仪对初产妇产后乳汁淤积的效果分析

Effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapeutic instrument on puerpera with postpartum milk stasis

目的探讨中医针刺联合康复治疗仪对初产妇产后乳汁淤积的康复效果。方法选取80例产后乳汁淤积的初产妇,以随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和试验组(40例)。对照组行康复治疗仪联合乳房按摩治疗,试验组行康复治疗仪联合中医针刺治疗。对比两组产妇各项指标。结果试验组产后泌乳始动时间、产后24 h泌乳量、产后48 h母乳喂养率及出院当天纯母乳喂养率均优于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组乳房疼痛、肿块大小、泌乳情况评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后乳汁淤积初产妇实施康复治疗仪联合中医针刺治疗,可以缓解临床症状,改善产后泌乳功能,增加泌乳量,提高母乳喂养率,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapeutic instrument on puerpera postpartum milk stasis.Methods 80 primiparas with postpartum milk stasis were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases)and the experimental group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with breast massage,while the experimental group was treated with rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.The indexes of parturient women were compared between the two groups.Results The start time of postpartum lactation,24 h postpartum lactation volume,48 h postpartum breastfeeding rate and exclusive breastfeeding rate on the day of discharge in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.Compared with before treatment,the scores of breast pain,mass size and lactation status in the two groups decreased after treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation therapeutic instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment for primiparas with postpartum milk stasis can relieve clinical symptoms,improve postpartum lactation function,increase lactation volume,and improve breastfeeding rate.
