外阴白色病变采用中药联合聚焦超声治疗的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with focused ultrasound in the treatment of vulvar white lesions

目的探讨中药联合聚焦超声治疗应用于外阴白色病变患者的临床效果。方法选取98例外阴白色病变患者,采用抽签法分为对照组(49例,聚焦超声治疗)和研究组(49例,对照组+中药熏洗和口服治疗),两组均治疗4周。将两组临床症状改善情况、治疗效果进行比较。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组瘙痒、萎缩、皮肤溃疡患者占比均降低,且研究组瘙痒占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间治疗前后萎缩、皮肤溃疡、皲裂占比相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组、对照组的总有效率分别为91.84%、73.47%,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药联合聚焦超声的治疗手段用于外阴白色病变患者可改善患者临床症状,提升临床治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with focused ultrasound in patients with vulvar white lesions.Methods A total of 98 patients with vulvar white lesions were selected and divided into the control group(49 cases,focused ultrasound treatment)and the study group(49 cases,the control group+fumigation and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine)by lottery method.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The improvement of clinical symptoms and treatment efiect were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the proportion of pruritus,atrophy and skin ulcer in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the proportion of pruritus in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(PV0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of atrophy,skin ulcer and chapping between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective rates of the study group and the control group were 91.84%and 73.47%,respectively,the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difierence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with focused ultrasound therapy for patients with vulvar white lesions can improve the clinical symptoms and clinical treatment effect.
