中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育的效果分析

Effect analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育的临床效果。方法选取60例多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育患者,并通过随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,采用西药治疗)、研究组(30例,在西药治疗基础上接受中医治疗)。比较两组各项指标。结果研究组治疗有效率和治疗后1年的妊娠成功率较对照组高,治疗后两组血清黄体素、卵泡生成素水平均较治疗前下降,研究组较对照组低;两组雌二醇水平均升高,研究组较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征不孕不育患者经中西医结合治疗后可有效调整机体激素水平,改善妊娠结局,且不增加不良反应,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efiect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 60 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and divided into the control group(30 cases,treated with western medicine)and the study group(30 cases,treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of western medicine)according to the random number table method.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment and the pregnancy success rate of 1 year after treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group,compared with before treatment,the levels of serum lutein and follicle-producing honnone in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group;the levels of estradiol in the two groups increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively adjust hormone levels,improve pregnancy outcomes,and do not increase adverse reactions,the curative effect is significant.
