优质护理在宫颈癌手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing in patients with cervical cancer surgery

目的 分析宫颈癌手术患者应用优质护理的临床效果。方法 选取80例宫颈癌手术患者,以随机数字表法分组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组采取优质护理。比较两组各项观察指标。结果 护理后两组焦虑及抑郁自评量表评分与护理前比均降低;且两组护理后比较,观察组低于对照组,护理后,两组躯体功能、活动功能、心理状态评分比较,观察组高于对照组;护理期间,与对照组比较,观察组并发症发生率降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在宫颈癌围术期护理中,采用优质护理能够改善患者负性情绪,提高生活质量,减少手术相关并发症。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying high quality nursing in patients with cervical cancer surgery.Methods The sample of this study was 80 patients with cervical cancer surgery,they were divided into groups by random number table,40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high quality nursing.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self rating anxiety and depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before nursing;after nursing,the observation group was lower than the control group,after nursing,the scores of physical function,activity function and psychological state of the two groups were higher in the observation group than in the control group;during the nursing period,compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In perioperative nursing of cervical cancer,adopting high quality nursing can improve patients'negative emotions,improve quality of life and reduce surgery-related complications.
