健康教育干预在妇科内分泌失调合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果

Application of health education intervention in nursing of gynecological endocrine disorder patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨健康教育干预在妇科内分泌失调合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选择妇科内分泌失调合并糖尿病100例患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,两组患者各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上联合健康教育干预模式,两组患者均护理30 d。比较两组患者护理前后血糖水平、生活质量及护理期间不良反应发生情况。结果与护理前相比,护理后两组患者餐前血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组;生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组;护理期间,观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科内分泌失调合并糖尿病患者的治疗过程中应用健康教育干预方式可以改善患者的生活习惯,调节血糖水平,提升患者生活质量,促进病情改善,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the application of health education intervention in nursing of gynecological endocrine disorder patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Patients with gynecological endocrine disorder and diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health education intervention mode on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given nursing for 30 d.The blood glucose levels,quality of life before and after nursing,and adverse reactions during nursing were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Compared with before nursing,the blood glucose before meals and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the two groups of patients after nursing decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group;the quality of life scores increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education intervention in the treatment of patients with endocrine disorder and diabetes mellitus can improve the patients*living habits,regulate blood sugar levels,improve the quality of life of patients,and promote the improvement of the disease,with high safety.
