母婴床旁护理对产妇及其家属遵医行为的影响

Impact of bedside nursing care of mother and infant on the compliance behavior of parturients and their families

目的分析母婴床旁护理对产妇及其家属遵医行为的影响。方法选取本院收治的56例自然分娩产妇作为研究对象,并通过随机数字表法进行分组,分别为对照组(28例)、观察组(28例)。对照组采用常规封闭式护理,观察组采用母婴床旁护理。比较两组产妇和家属的遵医行为、心理状况和满意度。结果观察组新生儿沐浴、新生儿抚触、母乳喂养、臀部护理评分高于对照组,护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自然分娩产妇应用母婴床旁护理能够有效提高产妇及其家属的遵医行为,改善产妇心理状态,提升护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the influence of bedside nursing care of mother and infant on the compliance behavior of mothers and their families.Methods 56 cases of parturients with spontaneous delivery in our hospital were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the control group(28 cases)and the observation group(28 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional closed nursing,while the observation group was treated with bedside nursing.The compliance behavior,psychological status and satisfaction of the two groups of parturients and their families were compared.Results The scores of newborn bathing,newborn touching,breast feeding and hip nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bedside nursing care of mother and infant in parturients with natural delivery can effectively improve the compliance behavior of the parturients and their families,improve the psychological status of the parturients,and enhance the satisfaction of nursing.
