依托“大创项目”的生物化学与分子生物学的教学改革初探

摘要 当代医学教育的主要目标是培养具有扎实理论知识、较强的应用能力和创新能力的高层次医学人才。生物化学与分子生物学是从分子水平研究生物体化学组成、生命活动的专业基础学科,其内容相对抽象,难于理解。大学生创新创业训练计划项目(简称大创项目)以培养国家创新型人才为目标,是本科生参与科研活动的重要途径之一。文章主要分析了传统教学和大创项目的现状及存在的问题,阐述了将大创项目融合于生物学化学与分子生物学的混合式教学的过程并探讨了其教学效果,初探大创项目在促进学生对理论知识的理解、强化学生对理论知识的应用以及培养学生创新思维中的作用,将有利于培养新型创新型的医学人才。 The main goal of contemporary medical education is to cultivate high-level medical talents with solid theoretical knowledge,strong application ability and innovation ability.Biochemistry and molecular biology is a professional basic subject that studies the chemical composition and life activities of organisms from the molecular level.The content is relatively abstract and difficult to understand.The college student innovation and entrepreneurship training program(referred to as Dachuang project)aims to cultivate national innovative talents and is an important way for undergraduates to participate in scientific research activities.This paper mainly analyzes the current status and existing problems of traditional teaching and Dachuang project,respectively.Meanwhile,it expounds the process of combining the implementation of the Dachuang project with the blended teaching of biochemistry and molecular biology,and explores its teaching effect to discuss the role of the Dachuang project in promoting understanding of theoretical knowledge,strengthening application of theoretical knowledge,and cultivating innovative thinking of students,which will help to cultivate the innovative medical talents.
