摘要 当前医学教育大力推进智慧教室的建设与积极推广多媒体网络教学技术的应用,使得线上线下相结合的教学模式迅速发展。线上线下相结合的教学模式有助于帮助教师解决教学中所面临的问题,进而帮助其提高医学教育的质量。神经病学是研究神经系统疾病与肌肉疾病的一门临床学科。神经系统疾病谱广,病种多,较为复杂,其定位诊断所涉及的神经系统解剖学知识较多,学习难度较大。传统的教学模式已经无法满足现代神经病学教学模式的需求与发展,导致部分学生学习效果差、学习成绩不佳。面对当前问题,文章基于“以学生发展为中心,以授课教师为主导”的教学理念,结合重庆医科大学神经系统疾病网络教学平台建设、线上线下混合式教学课程建设的经验,从课程设计原则、设计思路、效果评价与考核三个方面,就线上线下混合式教学在神经病学课程中的应用进行深入探讨。 Recently,with the development of multimedia network teaching technology,online and offline mixed teaching has developed greatly.Online and offline mixed teaching techniques have been widely used in medical education,which can help teachers to solve teaching problems effectively,further improving the quality of medical education.Neurology is a branch of clinical medicine dealing with disorders of the nervous system and muscle.Neurological diseases are common and complex.The anatomical diagnoses of neurological diseases are involved in lots of anatomic knowledge,which increases the difficulty to learn Neurology for students.The traditional teaching methods cannot meet the development of the modern neurology teaching,resulting in poor learning efficiency for some students.In the face of the current problems,this paper will discuss the application of online and offline mixed teaching in neurology course in depth from three points regarding the principles of course design,thoughts of teaching design,and the evaluation of teaching efficiency,based on the teaching concept of student development being the central position and teacher being the leading position,combined with the experience in the building of the online teaching platform for Neurology courses in Chongqing Medical University.
