“一动力三循环”住院医师规范化培训实践

The Standardized Training Practice Based on“One Driver&Three Cycle”for Resident Doctors

目的探讨一动力三循环管理模式在住院医师规范化培训过程中的时间与效果。方法选择2015年9月—2020年8月在福建省妇幼保健院进行住院医师规范化培训的233名学员作为研究对象,按照是否采用该模式推进住培工作进行分组比较。采用两独立样本卡方检验、秩和检验进行统计学处理。结果该模式启动后学员的合格情况均明显好于启用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);该模式启动后学员的满意度明显高于启动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院医师规范化培训过程中引入“跨界融合”动力源驱动下的三循环模式,通过动力源跨界融合理念作用于目标环、决策环、创新环,对住院医师规范化培训效果具有正效应。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized training for residents under the three-cycle mode driven by“crossover and integration”power sources.Methods A total of 233 students who received standardized training of resident doctors in Fujian Provincial Maternity and Children’s Hospital from September 2015 to August 2020 were recruited and divided into two groups according to whether the mode was used to promote the training work.Chi-square test or Kruskal-Wallis test were used for statistical processing.Results After the mode was started,the qualified situation of students was significantly better than that before the mode was started,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of students after this mode was significantly higher than that before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of standardized training for residents,the introduction of the three-cycle model driven by the power source of“crossover and integration”and application on the goal loop,decision loop and innovation loop have a positive effect on the standardized training effect for residents.
