摘要 我国超声医学发展至今已有60多年的历史,超声医学已在疾病预防、诊断和治疗中广泛应用。新疆经济条件相对落后、地域辽阔,基层医院担负的医疗任务重,但各级医院之间医疗水平参差不齐,越是基层,医疗资源越是匮乏,医疗水平越是不足。提升新疆超声专业的整体水平的方法之一是住院医师培训。超声医生住院培训的目标是,掌握临床医学和超声医学的基础理论知识,能在医疗机构从事超声医学成像、诊断、治疗、研究等方面的工作,文章旨在探讨5G网络下基层医院住培医师规范化培训的教学模式,包括:远程理论教学、远程操作指导、远程会诊,分析每种模式的优劣势及解决方案等,并进一步讨论这种模式开展的必要性及局限性。 The development of ultrasound medicine in China has a history of more than 60 years.Ultrasound medicine has been widely used in disease prevention,diagnosis and treatment.Xinjiang's economic conditions are relatively backward and the region is vast.The primary hospitals have heavy medical tasks.However,the medical level of hospitals at all levels varies.The higher the grassroots level,the scarcer medical resources and medical standards are.One of the ways to improve the overall level of the ultrasound profession in Xinjiang is resident training.The goal of in-patient training for ultrasound doctors is to master the basic theoretical knowledge of clinical medicine and ultrasound medicine,and be able to engage in ultrasound medical imaging,diagnosis,treatment,and research in medical institutions.This article aims to discuss in-house training physicians in primary hospitals under the 5G network.The teaching models of standardized training include:remote theoretical teaching,remote operation guidance,remote consultation,analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each model and solutions,etc,and further discuss the necessity and limitations of this model.
