全程导师制在急诊医学住院医师规范化培训中的探索

The Exploration and Practice of Whole-course Clinical Tutorial System in Standardized Training of Emergency Practice Resident

在“四证合一”的住院医师规范化培训制度下,传统的研究生导师制度已不适应当前的要求,社会化培养的住培学员进入培训体系缺少上级医师的密切监督,全程临床导师制弥补了传统导师教学的不足之处,促进学员和导师之间的沟通,及时解决学员在轮转过程中存在的问题,指导学员按时按量完成住培任务,增加了社会化学员的归属感。徐州医科大学附属医院实行全程导师制,三年来培养了66名急诊科住培医师,与同时期其他专业的住培学员相比,全程导师制带教下的学员在出科考试理论成绩、出科考试技能成绩、执业医师考试成绩、第一阶段考试成绩均优于非全程导师制学员。住院医师规范化培训全程临床导师制是临床人才培养的有效方式,取得了确切的效果。

Under the standardized resident training system of“four certificates in one”,the traditional postgraduate tutor system can no longer meet the current requirements,and the socialized trained trainees enter the training system without the close supervision of superior doctors.The whole course clinical tutor system makes up for the shortcomings of traditional tutor teaching,promote the communication between trainees and mentors,timely solve the problems existing in the rotation process of trainees,guide students to complete the training tasks on time and in accordance with the quantity,and increases the sense of belonging of socialized trainees.In the past three years since the implementation of full-course tutoring system in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University,66 standardized physicians in the emergency department have been trained.Compared with the standardized trainees of other specialties in the same period,the theoretical performance of the trainees under the guidance of the fullcourse tutoring system is better than that of the trainees under the guidance of the non-full-course tutoring system in the first-stage exam.The whole course clinical tutorial system of resident standardized training is an effective way to train clinical talents,and has achieved definite results.
