摘要
通过对茶叶揉捻加工工艺的介绍,分析茶叶揉捻过程现有工艺标准,论述茶叶揉捻技术在茶叶生产加工中的关键作用及其影响。根据现有揉捻工艺相关标准,总结制茶工艺对揉捻过程中投叶量、揉捻压力、揉捻转速和揉捻时间的要求。同时展望了我国茶叶揉捻生产技术与未来市场发展趋势,为茶叶揉捻工序实现自动化、智能化和标准化提供实际参考。
This paper introduced the tea rolling processing technologies,analyzed the existing relevant rolling process standards in the tea rolling process and discussed the key role and influence of tea rolling technology in tea production and processing.According to the existing standards of rolling process,the requirements of tea process technology on leaf weight,rolling pressure,rolling speed and rolling time were summarized.The prospect of tea rolling production technology and future market development trends in China was presented,which provided a practical reference for the tea rolling machine to realize automation,intelligent and standardized production in the future.
