摘要
对白茶传统炭焙工艺进行阐述,介绍了白茶炭焙的目的以及焙笼、焙蒂、篾箩和软箩等炭焙工具,并从白茶炭焙技术原则、炭焙温度、炭焙时间、炭焙摊叶厚度等方面总结分析了白茶炭焙技术要点,为加强白茶炭焙技术研习,促进白茶炭焙传统技艺的保护、传承和可持续发展提供一定参考。
The traditional charcoal roasting process of white tea was described,the definition and purpose of charcoal roasting of white tea were clarified,and the roasting cage,roasting base,basket and soft basketmade of bamboo specially used for charcoal roasting ofwhite tea,aswell as tools such as iron pot,charcoal,charcoal fire,spatula and special charcoal roasting roomwere introduced.The technical characteristics of charcoal roasting of white tea fromthe aspects of technical principles,temperature,time and thickness of charcoal roasting leaves were also summarized and analyzed.This study provided some reference for strengthening the summary and study of white tea charcoal baking technology and promoting the protection,inheritance and sustainable development of the traditional white tea charcoal baking technology.
