摘要
目的比较中国、日本、韩国物理治疗师发展现况。方法通过查阅官方网站和现有资料,分析中、日、韩三国物理治疗师在配置、教育和执业方面的差异。结果我国物理治疗师配置水平有待提升,教育培养机制有待完善,职业准入体系有待优化。结论物理治疗师的配置要基于康复服务情景和服务需求,物理治疗师的教育培训要基于世界卫生组织《康复胜任力架构》和《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》等标准要求构建,物理治疗师的职业准入和认证体系要基于世界卫生组织《康复胜任力架构》和国家职业准入制度要求构建。
Objective To compare the current development of physical therapists in China,Japan and South Korea.Methods The condition of configuration,education and practice of physical therapists in China,Japan and South Korea were browsed from the official websites and existing data.Results The allocation,education and training mechanism,and the professional accreditation system needs to be optimized in China.Conclusion The physical therapists should be allocated based on rehabilitation service settings and needing,trained based on the World Health Organization's Rehabilitation Competency Framework and the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health,and the professional system should be constructed based on the World Health Organization's Rehabilitation Competency Framework and national professional admission systems.
