摘要
文章以2D70铝合金铸棒为研究对象,通过金相组织、维氏硬度、电导率等分析手段,对不同均匀化制度下的合金铸棒进行对比分析,从消除铸造应力、提高铸锭塑性等角度找出最优均匀化制度。
In this paper,the 2D70 aluminum alloy cast rod is taken as the research object.By means of metallography,Vickers hardness,electrical conductivity and other analysis methods,the alloy cast rod under different homogenization system is compared and analyzed,and the optimal homogenization system is found from the perspective of eliminating the casting stress and improving the ingot plasticity.
