高速拉矫机升降速延伸率的控制优化 被引量:1

摘要 文章主要对拉弯矫直机延伸率控制系统原理和在升降速时延伸率精准控制的难点进行了研究,根据某铝厂拉弯矫直机设备的调试经验,详细论述了动态延伸率精确控制方法的改进。通过升速初期阶段预张力控制和延伸率PID控制的分级优化,实现了升速、高速、降速、低速各个阶段延伸率的精确控制。控制方式改进后,提高了合格率,为客户带来较好的经济效益。 In this paper,the principle of the elongation control system and the difficulty of the precision control of the elongation rate are studied when the speed is rising and falling.According to the debugging experience of the straightener equipment in an aluminum factory,the improvement of the accurate control method of dynamic elongation rate is discussed in detal.In the initial stage of speed up,the pre-tension control and the PID control of elongation are optimized to achieve the accurate control of elongation in each stage of speed up,high speed,speed down and low speed.After improvement of the control mode,the qualified rate is increased and better economic benefits are brought to customers.
